People primarily want to be heard. When they come to me, they share their story — often with the feeling that they need to apologize for it. But listening is a basic human need. In the past, we sat around the fire and shared our thoughts — today, genuine, empathetic listening is often missing.
In my work — whether as General Counsel or as a coach — I’ve experienced how powerful listening can be. Often, people discover the best solutions themselves while talking. I then support them in putting those solutions into practice — step by step, in a realistic and grounded way.
Because clarity, presence, and focus don’t come from dramatic leaps. They come from conscious, achievable change.
